Sales Representative at Nanostone AB

At Nanostone, we are currently looking for a driven sales representative who wants to be part of our dedicated sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact our customers have with us, and your contribution will be crucial in creating a positive and professional customer experience.

You will work with selling our services and providing advice to both new and existing customers. A large part of the job involves handling incoming inquiries and driving sales via phone and email.

We prefer that you are used to working in multiple systems simultaneously and have the ability to quickly provide the service and response that our customers expect.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a positive attitude and is passionate about providing our customers with world-class service.

  • Is skilled at building customer relationships and has a natural drive for sales.

  • Can easily build trust and meet the customer's needs in a professional manner.

  • Is a team player who enjoys collaborating and communicating with others.

  • Has good computer skills, preferably with experience in working with CRM systems.

  • Is structured, meticulous, and enjoys handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Your responsibilities:

  • Call, follow up, and sell to both warm and cold leads.

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on providing professional and friendly service.

  • Quickly conduct a needs analysis.

  • Work towards set key performance indicators and sales targets.

Practical information:

  • The position is a 100% permanent employment with an initial probation period.

  • Guaranteed salary with variable commission with no cap and bonuses.

  • Start date: Ongoing between January – February.

  • Workplace: Nanostone's office in Trelleborg.

  • Working hours: Varying hours Monday to Friday (weekend work may occur during high workload). Planned overtime will occur from February to May with compensatory leave at the end of the year.

At the beginning of your employment, you will undergo comprehensive training and receive education in our processes and products.
